Job Description

• Perform Failure Analysis (FA) inspection.
• Perform in-process, sub-con in-coming, out-going and standard parts inspections according to specifications, and drawings.
• To compile in-process and out-going reports.
• Ensure the quality and timeliness in delivery of testing assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor industry with quality check experience.
• Good knowledge of OGP smart scope/ CMM programming, Mechanical Drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Basic knowledge on part surface finishing requirement (EN plating, clear anodizing, hard clear anodizing, EP, etc) and raw material (aluminum, engineering material type, etc).
• Able to use basic measuring instruments like caliper, micrometer and profile projector.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Salary package up to $3,000 inclusive of overtime and allowances.
