As a NPI Program Engineer, you will manage project schedules, coordinate cross-functional collaboration and optimize manufacturing processes to meet goals.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate NPI projects by supporting the team and tracking project plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on project direction.
• Monitor project performance and report status to stakeholders.
• Address challenges and provide support when encountering obstacles in project progression.
• Manage project documentation and reporting and conduct post-launch reviews.
• Summarize reports on operational performance and offer actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of process and project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing and GD&T.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all organizational levels and with suppliers.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask to meet deadlines.
