Sales Account Manager

We are an established precision machining company serving the semiconductor industry. As the Sales Manager, you will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiate and execution of daily sales and business revenue.  You will commutes frequently to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and networks extensively outside of the office to stay in close contact with key industry stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage an existing & new portfolio of customers and sales function.
  • Provide prompt and accurate response on customers’ enquiries, technical support, orders and targeted delivery

Quality Process Engineer

The Quality Process Engineer will assist the Operations Manager to manage and optimize operational process to improve product quality, process efficiency, cost and productivity improvement.  He/ She possess strong interaction skills to communicate and facilitate of quality discussion/ meetings with all level including internal and clients or vendors.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive and facilitate Quality Focus Team daily activities.
  • Actively serve as the operations representative, on new processes, implementation, continuation operation projects.
  • Utilise problem solving methodology to identify root cause and put a fix in place to improve the production process and prevent future quality issues.
  • Participate in key project such as cost reduction, yield improvement and process optimization.
  • Involved daily activities, sustaining troubleshooting on process and quality related issues
  • Leading team through Process Failure Modes Effect Analysis to eliminate high risk area prior to production stages.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Precision Engineering) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 – 5 Years of working experience.
  • Familiar with manufacturing process, precision engineering and quality assurance environment.

Logistic Executive

The Logistic Executive will support day to day shipping and warehouse activities including incoming and outgoing deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions records and storing of inventory.

In this roles, you will

  • Responsible for managing incoming & outgoing finished goods (FG) store.
  • Issue of goods according to receive Stock Request (SR) including filling and checking documents.
  • Regularly updates on inventory system to ensure no discrepancy during monthly & quarterly stock takes.
  • Closure of Production Work Order (WO) and goods receipts using ERP system.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service department with regards to shipping relating enquiries.
  • Preparation of import and export shipments documentation.
  • Coordinate with forwarder on import and export shipments and ensure smooth processing.
  • Handle administrative & support roles in all warehouse related activities.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE O level and above
  • Min 2-3 experience in warehouse management and shipping is preferred.
  • Well versed in communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, excel
  • Strong personal computing skills.
  • Strong abilities in fast paced environment.
