Shipping Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Handle processing and data entry of POs, Sales Orders, Invoices and Delivery Order
  • Coordinate and handle with customer relating shipping enquiries
  • Liase with forwarder on import and export shipments and ensure smooth process
  • Involve in manual picking and packing responsibilities
  • Handle administrative & support roles to sales activities
  • Other ad-hoc task required by superior



  • GCE ‘O’ level and above
  • Well versed in communication and good computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Able to adapt and work in fast paced environment
  • Knowledge in handling shipping process will be advantage

Account Manager


  • Work with Sales & Marketing team performing sales related functions
  • To develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Retain existing customers through customer relation and service management
  • Prepare, review and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and orders.
  • Monitor progress / status of customers’ order and expedite delivery when required.
  • Responsible to provide technical support to customer
  • Identify customer’s needs and sales opportunities to help future growth



  • Candidate must possess Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and servicing experience in semiconductor industry
  • Familiar with semiconductor final test products is preferred. (Test Contactors, Conversion Kits & Docking Interface)
  • Strong contact in the semiconductor industry. 
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English is required
  • Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings.
  • Possess Class 3 Driving license.
  • Willing to travel
