Project:   Auto Loader & Unloader
Problem:   Conventional Delta Flex handler require operator to manually load & unload trays from the handlers.
Benefits:   Fully integrated in existing handler that require little manual operation allowing operator to take on multitasking.
 
Project:   Castle Unit Height Checking Module
Problem:   Pick and place head of the handler misplaced unit on the tray. Thus causing unit to tilt and protrude out from the tray. The unit can be damage if the machine stacks another tray on top of the other.
Benefits:   Minimize units damage during tray stacking condition.
 
Project:   Auto Tray Unloader Alignment Kit
Problem:   Due to the misplacement, units are titled out of the designated cavity on the tray. When an empty tray is place on top of the loaded tray with tilted units, the stacking may cause the unit to encounter substrate crack.
Benefits:   By having early detection of the titled units, we are able to minimize the possibilities of hairline cracks on the unit substrate.
 
Project:   Tray to Tray PNP Transfer Automation
Problem:   Manually transfer of devices from partial to full trays for consolidation purposes.
Benefits:   Helps to reduce manpower hours in doing transferring. Eliminate possible human error cause during transfer.
