Positions Available

Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing and negotiating standard mechanical parts for fabrication
  • Perform Material Planning, timely procuring of material/fabricated parts to meet production’s/customers’ requirements
  • Ensure quality of materials/parts from vendors
  • Responsible for Inventory and Vendor Management
  • To ensure process and supplier quality as per ISO procedure
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE or Dip Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of sourcing/purchasing/procurement experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings
  • Exposure in Precision Machining Industry
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 will be an added advantage
  • Possess good communication skills and able to communicate with all departments and vendors
  • A positive learner, meticulous worker and a team player with high integrity
  • Class 3 driving license is required for work purpose.
Operation Executive (Junior & Senior)

Job Duties:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, re-engineer processes so that the organization can operates in an efficient & cost effective manner
  • Drive standardization of core processes and enforcement of standard processes to increase economies of scale and achieve quality control
  • Engage policy/system owners to enhance policies and system’s functionality
  • Coordinate and making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of various key processes in every department.
  • Develop Manufacturing Procedures, Quality Control Plans & Measurement, Corrective actions plans, and Preventive Action etc

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent and/or certificate in statistical process control (SPC)
  • Min 2 years to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing industry with comprehensive understanding of continuous improvement concepts, processes and procedures
  • Experience in process of engineering design, able to address quality issues and prevention.
  • Experience in project management for system/process and/or working with cross functional teams is preferred
  • Experience in machine or mechanical fixture design will be added advantage
CNC Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CNC programming according to drawing specification or CAD file
  • Ensure accuracy of CNC program with no missing profile process or engraving mistake
  • Setting up of multi-axis CNC Milling machines
  • Responsible to check material and prepare special tools required for production
  • Providing guidance and train machinist
  • Perform problem analysis and offer solutions
  • Report and monitor progress of programming activity
  • Support for daily manufacturing process including jig & fixtures.
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in CNC programming and operating CNC Mills and Lathes
  • Strong knowledge in using Gibbs is preferred.
  • Understanding of tooling criteria, machining applications and process documentation.
  • Good knowledge in set parameters (feed rate, speed, etc.) according materials and tools selection in order t achieve optimum output.
  • Good knowledge in GDT and able to interpret mechanical drawing.
  • Skill in MS Office (Excel/MS Word) is an advantage
  • A positive learner, meticulous worker and a team player with high integrity
CNC Machinist / Shift Leader / Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform setup, and operate CNC Lathe, Turning, Milling machines.
  • Prepare raw material & tool list for machining process
  • Loading of parts, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits and simple deburring
  • Able to measure, gages and fixtures for making accurate first level inspection on finished work piece
  • Able to read, interpret drawing and determine dimensions based on product specifications
  • Ensure good housekeeping is maintained within work areas
  • Upkeep and do preventative maintenance on CNC and support equipment
  • Engage in any other activities or responsibilities as assigned by Shift Leader

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience
  • Willing to learn and cope in fast pace working environment
  • Able to work rotating day and night shifts
